Shock absorbers

  

 

 

We develop and design shock absorbers for sensitive products in box packages.
As a basis we use cell polyethylene (PE), which is a good environmental choice, designing profiles using AutoCAD directly to the cutter for a quick prototype and smaller series of about100 pieces.
For larger volumes we produce punch tools, for a rational production and lower piece costs.

If you need a shock absorber for light and sensitive products in small series that does not justify the cost of cutting or punching, you could choose standard cavitations profile foam made of polyether.
